What is the Automatic Payment Plan?
This is a free service available through Ohio Electronic Protection, Inc. (OEP). With your permission, this service allows OEP to automatically deduct your payments directly from your checking or savings account as an ACH debit or credit card charge. (Automatic Payments accepted from U.S. banking institutions only.)

How do I enroll in the plan?
Complete the attached Authorization Agreement and attach a voided blank check or savings account deposit slip (with ABA and Account number information). How long will it take to set up my account?
We can begin to process your transactions 5 to 7 business days after we have received your completed forms and checking or savings account documentation. See our Authorization Agreement for Automatic (ACH Debit) form.

When will my bank account be debited and for what amount?
If it’s a one time payment, it will be withdrawn from your account 24-36 hours later. However, if it’s a reoccurring payment, you choose the date on our “payment form” when you process your payment!

What if I change banks?
Please notify us immediately so that we can make the appropriate changes to your account. Please note that you are responsible for any NSF charges due to insufficient funds in your account.

Will I continue to receive a paper bill?
No, unless you request one. If you would like a copy of your bill, please email amyer@calloep.com.

What if I decide to cancel the automated payments?
Send an email to Aleisha Myer at amyer@calloep.com or fax at 614-416-4480. OEP needs 30 days notice before cancelling any reoccurring payments. Please do not forget to state the exact date you would like your ACH Direct payments to be cancelled.

Is my information secure?
Yes, we recognize the need to keep your information secure. Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others.
