Mike brings with him experience in sales and customer service. His beliefs match our company philosophy of not selling the customer, but educating and helping them make prudent buying decisions. He comes from the very competitive copier sales market and was very successful with the Gordon Flesh Company because of his philosophy and desire to put the customer first.

OEP welcomes Aleisha to the accounting team. Aleisha specializes in process development and is spearheading the implementation of our new software. Thanks to her persistence and competence, OEP can now receive payments online through our website.

Aleisha is a graduate of Franklin University in Business Administration. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and fishing.

James Shuster, Fire Inspector

Our business is to look out for our customers by making sure their fire alarm system is operating properly. Fire can devastate a business by destroying its property and vital records. Families are in danger when fire strikes a home.   

Early detection from a fire alarm system means the fire department is called immediately so that damage is kept to a minimum and families are evacuated quickly. Commercial and residential fire alarm systems require regular fire inspections and maintenance to guarantee that they work in an emergency.   

In 2004, OEP created the full-time position of Fire Inspector. James Shuster was chosen based on his technical experience and qualifications. Jamie will be celebrating his 10-year anniversary with OEP next year.  His enthusiasm and friendliness, along with his extensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, has made him a favorite with our customers.
