How has OEP been able to build long-term relationships with its customers? It can be summed up in one word: Service. The single most important aspect of our business is taking care of our customers with trained technicians, the latest technology and 24-7 response.

When our Customers call, they do not have to maneuver through a frustrating voicemail system. Instead, they are transferred to our Customer Service Representative, who will respond with the "whatever it takes" attitude to get the job done.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

Our mission as a service company is to provide our customers with prompt, first-rate technical support. We do our best to continually improve our service and always be a step ahead of our competitors.

In order to reach that goal, we recently brought Sean, one of our field technicians to work fulltime in the office.

Sean is a DeVry graduate with an associates degree of Applied Sciences in Electronics and Computer Technology and a bachelors of Science in Technical Management. He will answer a technical question or troubleshoot a problem over the phone. Whenever possible, Sean will dial into a panel and fix a problem from our office.
